What is the “Let Off-Plan” tenancy agreement protection?

Let ‘Off Plan:’ Your property has been let ‘Off Plan’ and will be refurbished with new furniture similar to that illustrated on the advertised mood board or seen in the show home. Your Tenancy Agreement will be signed by you subject to there being no material change to the plans provided on the website. Material changes would include a reduction in bedroom or communal area room size of more than 15% than that indicated on the floor plan or a reduction in the number of bath/ shower rooms. Please note that the Landlord does reserve the right to make alterations to the planned works where deemed necessary during the development process. In the event that the alterations to the planned works are material and would reasonably have been expected to have resulted in you not letting the room, it is agreed that there may be a reasonable renegotiation of the terms of the agreement, or you will be released from your obligations under the Tenancy Agreement.
