Eligibility

This giveaway is open to tenants who sign a tenancy agreement for any properties managed by Sophomore Opco UK Ltd between Monday 17th and Friday 28th February 2025.

The offer is valid only for new contracts signed during this period. Renewals or existing tenants are not eligible.

Tenants must quote the valid code at the first point of contact: NOTTS50 (for Nottingham properties) or BRISTOL50 (for Bristol properties).

Voucher Details

Eligible tenants will receive a gift voucher for their chosen brand, subject to approval.

The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

How to Claim

The voucher will be issued within 5 working days after the contract has been signed by all members of the group.

The voucher will be sent via email.
